Where are home textiles made in India?

India makes home textiles in a few big clusters. Karur and Erode in Tamil Nadu are known for bed linen and other made-ups. Solapur in Maharashtra is known for terry towels. Panipat in Haryana makes home furnishings, and Gujarat and Punjab have large integrated mills. Anabyn is based in Thrissur, Kerala, and places each stage of an order with the unit best suited to it.

Is Anabyn a home textile manufacturer or a trader?

Anabyn is an export house. We do not buy finished goods off a shelf. We write the spec and run each stage of your order (spinning, weaving, dyeing, stitching, embroidery and labels) at a specialist unit for that stage. Then we inspect the goods and ship them as the exporter of record. If something goes wrong, you deal with us.

What home textile products do you export?

Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases), bath linen (bath, hand, face and pool towels, bath mats), bathrobes (terry, waffle, velour) and table and kitchen linen. Most buyers order hotel and retail grades in white or custom colours.

What are made-ups in Indian textile exports?

Made-ups are fabrics that have been cut and stitched into a finished item. Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tablecloths are all made-ups. Most of them ship under HS heading 6302 (bed, table, toilet and kitchen linen).

What is the minimum order for home textiles from India?

Trial runs start at 500 pieces. Wholesale pricing starts at 2,000 pieces per SKU. Bed linen trial runs start at 200 sets and bathrobe trial runs at 200 pieces. Private label starts at 2,000 pcs / SKU.

How much do home textiles from India cost?

Indicative FOB Cochin prices: towels from $0.90 a piece, bed sheet sets from $5.00, bathrobes from $6.50. Your price depends on size, GSM or thread count, colour, packing and quantity.

Can I order bed linen, towels and bathrobes together?

Yes. Many buyers fill one container with all three. You get one spec sheet, one inspection, one set of export documents and one exporter to deal with. Each item still has its own minimum.

Which port do you ship from, and how long does it take?

We ship from Cochin or Vizhinjam. Samples take 7–14 days. Production takes 30–45 days after you approve samples. Sea transit depends on your port.

What certifications do you offer?

Our products are made on OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified lines, and we show the certificate before you order. If you need organic cotton (GOTS) or a social audit, we confirm it for the unit running your order and share the document.
