Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sample eligibility and cost are confirmed on your sample request before dispatch:

• Complimentary samples: Free of charge; only courier/shipping cost may apply as stated at the time of request. These are not refundable, as no payment is collected.
• Paid samples: Where a sample or courier charge applies, we will state upfront whether it is refundable against a future bulk order. Refundable sample charges are credited toward your first bulk order placed within 6 months of sample dispatch. Non-refundable charges cover courier, customs, and handling costs already incurred and are not returned.
• Sample requests can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once a sample has shipped, courier costs already incurred are non-refundable.

• Bulk orders are confirmed against a signed proforma invoice or purchase order. Cancellation terms (deposit forfeiture, partial refund, or full refund) are stated on that proforma invoice and, once accepted, form part of your contract with us.
• Advance payments (deposits) are generally non-refundable once production has started at the partner mill, since materials and capacity are committed on your order. Cancellation before production starts is eligible for a full refund of any advance paid, less any bank/wire transfer charges already incurred.
• If we are unable to fulfil a confirmed order (e.g. quality failure at inspection, inability to meet the agreed ship date through our fault), you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered portion, or a replacement/reshipment at our discretion in consultation with you.
• Disputes over product quality or specification mismatch are handled under the inspection/claims terms agreed on your order confirmation; contact your account manager or sales@anabyn.com within 7 days of delivery.

Email sales@anabyn.com with your order ID or sample request ID. We aim to confirm cancellation eligibility within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days.
