Yes. We manufacture to bespoke mattress dimensions including extra-deep pocket fitted sheets (up to 40 cm), king/queen/Euro double, and non-standard sizes for boutique mattress brands. Specify exact dimensions and pocket depth at quote stage.

Every production run is inspected to AQL 2.5 standard, which is the retail industry baseline. AQL 1.5 (stricter) is available on request for luxury hospitality, retail or Japanese-market orders. Independent third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) can be arranged at buyer cost.
