Brief & Specification
Share your requirements — GSM, size, material, colour, branding, packaging. We confirm feasibility and provide a detailed cost sheet within 24 hours.

Sampling
We produce master samples and ship them via DHL/FedEx. You review, approve, or request adjustments. Sample cost is fully credited to your first order.

Bulk Production
On sample approval, bulk production begins under AQL 2.5 quality control. Production takes 30–45 days for standard and 45–60 days for custom weave orders.

Pre-Shipment Inspection
An independent AQL inspection is conducted before packing. Full documentation — Certificate of Origin, Packing List, BL — is prepared for smooth customs clearance.

Export & Delivery
Goods are shipped FOB Cochin or CIF your destination port. Transit times: UAE 7–10 days, UK/Europe 20–25 days, USA East Coast 18–22 days.
