1. Our Supply Chain Structure
Anabyn Global Ventures LLP is a managed-manufacturing export house, not a factory owner. We do not operate our own mills or looms — every order is placed with specialist partner mills across India, selected and managed by us. This means labour conditions on the production floor are governed, in the first instance, by the laws applicable to that mill and by our own vendor oversight, described below.
2. Vendor Oversight
- We maintain direct oversight of our partner-mill panel, auditing each unit for technical capacity and ethical compliance before and during an active relationship.
- Partner mills undergo bi-annual on-site inspections conducted by third-party auditors.
- We expect every partner mill to comply with applicable Indian labour law, including the Factories Act, state Minimum Wages legislation, and the prohibition of child and forced labour under the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act.
- We do not knowingly place production with a mill using forced, bonded, or child labour, and we will remove a mill from our panel if an audit or credible report substantiates such a finding.
3. Certifications & Audit Reports
Anabyn Global Ventures LLP itself holds one certification: OEKO-TEX Standard 100, on certified mill production lines — we do not claim Sedex/SMETA, BSCI, or ISO 9001 certification for the exporter entity, since those social-compliance audits are conducted at the mill, not at the export house. If your procurement team requires a current SMETA, BSCI, or similar report for the specific mill producing your order, tell us in your RFQ and we will confirm in writing which partner mill holds one before you commit — we will always tell you what a mill currently holds rather than what could be arranged.
4. Raising a Concern
If you become aware of a labour-practice concern involving our supply chain — your own, a partner mill's, or anywhere else in the chain — please tell us. We investigate every report raised in good faith.
