Spec Review with Our Team
Start with the Anabyn team, in Thrissur or on video. We walk through your spec sheet, approved sample and shade standard, and which partner mill we have matched to your product and why.
Weaving at the Partner Mill
Terry goes to a terry mill, sheeting to a sheeting mill. At the mill running your order you see the looms on your fabric, and how GSM or thread count is set and checked against your spec.
Dyeing & Finishing
At the partner dye house, see your colour matched to the approved shade standard, the same standard we hold for every reorder.
Cutting & Stitching
Cutting and stitching of your sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels or robes, including custom sizes and pocket depths.
Embroidery & Your Label
Your logo, monogram and woven label going onto the product, checked against the artwork you approved.
AQL 2.5 Inspection by Anabyn QC
Our QC team inspects your order to AQL 2.5 before it ships: GSM, thread count, measurements, colourfastness and workmanship. Your own inspector is welcome to join.
Packing & Export
Packing to your spec (polybag, box or bale) and the export paperwork we prepare as exporter of record: commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
What Comes Off the Line
Towels, robes, mats and bed linen, made to your spec and checked by us before they ship.

Is Anabyn a factory? What exactly would I be visiting?
Anabyn is an export house. Your order is made in a specialist partner mill chosen for the product, and we write the spec, inspect the goods and ship them as exporter of record. A visit takes you to the mill running your order, with our QC team there, plus our team in Thrissur if you wish.
Can I visit before placing an order?
Yes. Once your RFQ is in progress, we arrange a visit to the partner mill we would use for your product line. Visits are usually half a day at the mill. Contact us through the quote form with your preferred dates.
Is a virtual visit available?
Yes. For buyers who cannot travel, we run a live video call from the production floor while your order is being made, covering weaving, dyeing, stitching and our inspection. It usually takes 45–60 minutes.
Can I bring a third-party inspector?
Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own quality representative are welcome during production and at pre-shipment inspection. The inspector is at your cost; we schedule it and arrange access.
How do I get there from Cochin Airport?
Cochin International Airport (COK) is about 1.5–2 hours by car from our Thrissur office. Partner mills are in the South India textile clusters, from a few hours to a day's travel depending on your product. We arrange transport on request. Cochin has direct flights from Dubai (3h), Singapore (4h) and major Indian hubs.
