Production Capacity & Lead Times
Production capacity, lead times by order size, seasonal constraints, and expedited options for bulk linen importers.
HOW WE SCALE
A panel, not a single factory
Anabyn owns no looms. Each category below runs at a specialist unit on our panel — we write the spec, hold the approved shade standard, inspect to AQL 2.5, and ship. That is also why we don't publish a single throughput number: it depends on which mills are running, and we'd rather tell you the true mechanism than a manufactured figure.
Bath Towels
380–700 GSM
Terry towel mills, ring-spun and combed cotton.
Bed Sheets
200–1000 TC
Percale and sateen sheeting mills.
Hand & Face Towels
400–550 GSM
Same terry panel as bath towels, smaller cuts.
Bathrobes & Specialties
Terry, waffle, microfibre
Dedicated robe units.
For a run beyond one mill's slot, we allocate across additional specialist units rather than turning the order away — the trade-off is coordination on our side, not a compromise on your spec or inspection standard.

Tips for Optimal Planning
Plan 3–4 Months Ahead
Provide quarterly forecasts to lock in pricing and lead times. Enables better production planning.
Consolidate Orders
Larger, less frequent orders reduce unit costs and simplify logistics. Consider quarterly vs. monthly shipments.
Avoid June–August
If timing is flexible, order before June or after August. Monsoon adds 7–10 days and increases costs.
Use Expedite Strategically
Expedited orders carry 8–15% premium. Reserve for urgent reorders or seasonal spikes.
