What GSM is best for hospital blankets?
For hospital use, 400–450 GSM cotton cellular blankets are the standard. The open cell structure allows air circulation (reducing moisture accumulation), the cotton fibre is hypoallergenic, and 450 GSM provides sufficient warmth without overheating. All hospital blankets should be rated for 70–85°C institutional laundry.
Do you supply organic cotton blankets?
Yes. Organic cotton blankets from a GOTS-certified partner mill are available in thermal and cellular weave constructions. Full chain-of-custody documentation from organic farm to finished blanket. Used by eco-certified hotels, organic baby brands and sustainable retail programmes.
What is the MOQ for blanket manufacturing?
