Yarn
Indian cotton spun to the count and twist your spec calls for: ring-spun, combed or zero-twist.
Weaving & Dyeing
A terry weaving unit forms the pile loops, then a dye house matches your approved shade. Colourfastness is tested at each lot.
Finishing
Washing, softening, hemming, then embroidery, dobby borders, labels and packing to your brand standard.
Inspection & Shipping
Anabyn QC checks every lot before packing. AQL 2.5 or third-party inspection on request. Goods ship with full export documentation.
