Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
By accessing the Anabyn Global Ventures LLP ("Anabyn", "we") website and portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, including the Buyer Portal and RFQ system, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Orders, Quotes & Payment
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to raw-material and freight rates at the time of order confirmation. An order is confirmed only once you accept a proforma invoice and, where applicable, pay the agreed advance. Full payment terms (currency, wire details, milestones) are set out on your order's proforma/commercial invoice, which forms part of the contract for that order.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for samples and bulk orders are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Export Regulations
All transactions are subject to Indian export laws and the import regulations of the destination country. Compliance documentation provided by Anabyn must be verified by the buyer before customs clearance.
5. Account Security
Buyers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials. Any activity occurring under a buyer's account is their sole responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and portal — including text, designs, product photography, and the Anabyn name and logo — is owned by Anabyn or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Product specifications you submit to us remain yours; you grant us a licence to use them solely to quote, produce, and fulfil your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anabyn's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. Anabyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or business interruption), except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, port or customs disruptions, strikes, war, or government action. The affected party will notify the other promptly and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala, India, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer or business in your own jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
