What are the container-load minimums for US wholesale distributors?
A standard 20ft FCL holds approximately 15,000–20,000 bath towels (500 GSM, 70×140cm) or equivalent mix. A 40ft HC holds approximately 35,000–45,000 bath towels. We price by the FCL — the more FCL per order, the deeper the per-unit price. We also accommodate LCL for distributors building initial stock of new SKUs.
Can I private-label towels for resale to my hotel or retail customers?
Yes. We manufacture under your distributor brand or your end-customer's hotel brand. Woven labels, heat-transfer marks, custom care labels, and branded poly-bag or box packaging are all available. Minimum for private-label: 2,000 pcs for woven labels; 500 pcs for printed/HT labels.
What payment terms do you offer US distributors?
Standard terms: 30% T/T advance, 70% T/T against shipping documents (BL copy). For established distributors after 3 completed orders: open account up to 30 days from invoice date. Letter of Credit at sight accepted. Documentary Collection (D/P) available on request.
Do you offer exclusive distribution agreements?
Yes, on a category or geographic basis for qualified distributors meeting minimum annual volume commitments. Exclusive arrangements cover a specific product line (e.g., 500–600 GSM OEKO-TEX bath towels) within a defined US territory or channel (e.g., hospitality). Contact our sales team to discuss terms.
Can I mix SKUs within a container?
Yes. We regularly ship mixed-SKU FCL orders — different GSM, different sizes, different colours in the same container. Mixing reduces per-SKU MOQ requirements and allows distributors to build diverse inventory in a single shipment. Minimum 500 pcs per SKU within a mixed container.

Cotton terry towels: HTS 6302.60.0020, MFN duty ~9.1% on CIF value. Bed sheets (cotton, not knitted): HTS 6302.21.0010/0020, MFN duty ~6.7%. No Section 301 tariffs apply to Indian goods. Your customs broker can confirm current CBP binding rates.
