We match embroidery thread to your brand Pantone reference and confirm on a physical swatch.
4. Proof & Sample Approval
You receive a digital mock-up followed by a physical embroidered sample robe before the bulk production run begins.
5. Bulk Production
Once approved, we run bulk embroidery and stitching, with in-line QC on every piece for placement, tension, and colour consistency.

Yes. We match embroidery thread to your Pantone reference (or a physical fabric swatch you send us) and confirm the match on a sample before bulk production. Rayon thread gives a glossier finish; polyester thread is more durable through repeated commercial laundering.
What robe styles can be monogrammed?
Any of our base robe styles - terry, waffle, velour, or kimono - can be personalised. Monogramming is most commonly placed on the left breast pocket, the collar, or the hem, and is popular on our velour and terry ranges for gift and boutique hotel use.
