The UAE–India CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement), in force since May 2022, grants 0% import duty on Indian-origin textiles including hotel linen (HS 6302) entering Abu Dhabi and all UAE ports. We supply the CEPA Certificate of Origin (Form AI) with every shipment. Without CEPA, the standard UAE import duty is 5%. VAT of 5% applies on CIF value.
