What is the dealer number requirement?
Canada requires textiles sold at retail to bear a CA dealer number or full name and address. We print your CA dealer number on care labels at no extra cost — supply at PO confirmation.
Are your towels OEKO-TEX certified?
Yes — all Anabyn towels ship OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, the standard required by Canadian retail buyers.
Can you ship to Toronto or inland Canada?
Yes. Most volume routes through Montreal (east) or Vancouver (west) then rail to Toronto, Calgary or Winnipeg. We can structure pricing CIF inland on request.

What GSM towels do you supply for hotels?
We supply 400–700 GSM ring-spun combed cotton bath towels. 500–550 GSM is the most common mid-range hospitality spec; 600–700 GSM is 5-star and luxury resort spec. Pool, beach and gym towels are 400–500 GSM. We match GSM to spec on every shipment.
Do you offer OEM and private-label towel manufacturing?
Yes. Custom woven label, embroidered hotel crest, dobby or jacquard border, retail-ready packaging, EAN-13 barcoded for retail and FNSKU-barcoded for Amazon FBA. MOQ for private label is 2,000 pieces per SKU. Sampling 6–8 weeks before production.

Plain white hotel towels: 30–45 days production lead time. Custom embroidered towels: 35–50 days. Reactive-print beach towels: 45–60 days. Add sea-freight transit time (typically 10–30 days depending on destination).

Yes. GOTS-certified organic cotton bath towels and robes with chain-of-custody documentation. Used by sustainable hospitality, organic retail and eco-conscious DTC brands.
