Hotel Linen Supplier for RAK Beach Resorts & Eco-Hotels

Under the UAE–India CEPA (2022), Indian-origin hotel textiles qualify for 0% UAE import duty, including linen shipped to Ras Al Khaimah. Standard UAE duty is 5% without CEPA. Goods enter UAE through Saqr Port or via Jebel Ali — both accessible under the same CEPA preferential rate. We supply full Certificate of Origin documentation.

Ocean freight from Cochin (COK) to Saqr Port in Ras Al Khaimah is approximately 10–14 days. Alternatively, goods can enter via Jebel Ali (Dubai) and be transported inland by road — total 10–16 days depending on the vessel schedule. Air freight via Dubai International Airport to RAK takes 3–5 days.

Minimum order is 500 pieces per SKU. For a standard hotel room set (4 bath towels + 4 hand towels + bed sheet set), an initial trial order for a 50-room property would be approximately 400–600 units per item. We recommend LCL (Less than Container Load) for trial orders and FCL (Full Container Load) for repeat orders to minimise freight costs to RAK.
