We manufacture in Australian standard bed sizes and provide OEKO-TEX certification documentation as required by Australian aged care quality standards.

Standard fitted sheets have 30cm pocket depth. Most profiling, Hi-Lo, and hospital-style aged care beds require 35–40cm pocket depth. We manufacture aged care fitted sheets in 35cm and 40cm deep-pocket options as standard, and can produce custom pocket depths for non-standard mattresses.

We supply separate incontinence management products — waterproof-backed draw sheets, full mattress protectors, and pillow protectors — that sit over or under standard bed sheets. We do not manufacture laminated waterproof-top sheets as these compromise resident comfort and are not best practice in modern aged care.
