450–550 GSM is the standard range for pool and resort towels. 450 GSM is lightweight for pool-deck use where towels need to dry quickly between rotations. 500–550 GSM provides a plusher, more premium feel preferred by 5-star resorts and beach clubs. 600 GSM is for ultra-luxury pool amenity use. We recommend 500 GSM as the best balance for most resort applications.

Yes. We apply a chlorine-resistant finish to pool towels on request, which significantly reduces the fibre damage and colour fading caused by chlorinated water. This extends the service life of the towel in commercial pool environments. Please specify chlorine-resistant treatment in your quote request — it is available on both solid-colour and yarn-dyed options.

We offer reactive printing (for velour-face pool towels) with full-coverage Pantone-matched designs, and yarn-dyed cabana stripe patterns (for classic resort aesthetics). Reactive-print pool towels allow logos, patterns, and photographic designs with excellent colour vibrancy. Yarn-dyed cabana stripe towels are produced with colourfast yarns woven into the fabric structure.

Minimum order is 500 pieces per design/colour SKU. For reactive-print towels with custom artwork, MOQ is 500 pieces per design. Mixed design orders (e.g. 3 designs, 500 pcs each) are accepted in a single container. Sample towels are available before bulk order commitment.

Standard sizes are 75×150 cm (compact pool towel) and 90×180 cm (oversized resort towel). Custom sizes are available with a minimum quantity requirement. The 90×180 cm size is preferred by 5-star resorts and cruise ships for its generous coverage.

Yes. We offer custom logo application via woven label, embroidery (corner or border), border jacquard weave, and reactive-print (full coverage). For pool towels with reactive-print designs, the logo is integrated into the overall print artwork. Embroidered or woven logos are added to solid-colour or stripe pool towels.

We supply 400–700 GSM ring-spun combed cotton bath towels. 500–550 GSM is the most common mid-range hospitality spec; 600–700 GSM is 5-star and luxury resort spec. Pool, beach and gym towels are 400–500 GSM. We match GSM to spec on every shipment.
