Hotel blanket weight depends on type: Acrylic thermal blanket: 200–350 GSM (lightweight but insulating). Cotton waffle blanket: 300–400 GSM (breathable, moderate weight). Polar fleece blanket: 250–350 GSM (very lightweight, fast-drying). Wool blend blanket/throw: 400–600 GSM (heavier, premium warmth). Yes. Fire-retardant (FR) hotel blankets are required in many markets (UK BS 5867, Australia AS/NZS 1530, USA California TB117). We supply FR-treated acrylic blankets and inherent FR fibre blankets meeting relevant national standards. FR certification documentation (burn test certificates, lab reports) provided with each FR order. Airlines (airline blankets) must meet FAR 25.853 vertical burn test - we supply aviation-grade FR blankets.

Minimum order quantity for hotel blankets: 300 pieces per size/colour for standard acrylic or cotton waffle blankets. 500 pieces for custom colour or woven logo blankets. 200 pieces for fleece throws. Full container load: approximately 3,000–5,000 blankets per 20-foot container depending on size and fold.
